1. Scope and controller
This Privacy Policy explains how VIEW EARN processes personal data when you use VIEW EARN, contact Support, participate in rewards, submit campaigns or receive payouts.
The responsible entity and contact details are shown in the Contact and Grievance section below.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, username, country, language and verification status.
- Activity data: campaign interactions, watch-session timing, active/visible duration, reward eligibility, referrals and support history.
- Financial data: wallet ledger, withdrawal method, masked destination, payment references, tax or identity details where required. Sensitive payout details should be encrypted and revealed only to authorised staff.
- Technical and security data: device/browser information, session identifiers, approximate region, privacy-safe network/device hashes, fraud signals and security logs.
- Creator data: campaign content, URLs, rights declarations, targeting, budgets, delivery and review notes.
- Communications: emails, support tickets, complaints, consent choices and legal requests.
3. How we use data
- Provide accounts, campaigns, rewards, withdrawals and customer support.
- Verify activity, prevent duplicate rewards, investigate fraud and protect users.
- Send transactional messages, security alerts and opted-in communications.
- Comply with law, tax, accounting, sanctions, disputes and lawful requests.
- Measure reliability and improve the service using aggregated or de-identified information where practical.
4. Legal grounds and consent
We process data with your consent where required and for permitted legitimate uses or contractual/service purposes recognised by applicable law. Consent requests will describe the purpose and can be withdrawn for future processing, although withdrawal does not invalidate prior lawful processing or data required for legal, security or contract administration.
Non-essential analytics and marketing storage remain off unless enabled through Cookie Settings.
5. Sharing
We may share the minimum necessary data with hosting, email, security, analytics (when consented), payment, identity-verification, professional-adviser and support providers operating under contractual or legal safeguards.
We may disclose information to authorities, courts, regulators, payment networks or affected parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, investigate abuse or handle a transaction dispute. We do not sell personal data to data brokers.
6. International processing
Service providers may process data in other countries. Where cross-border processing occurs, we use contractual, technical and organisational safeguards and observe applicable transfer restrictions.
7. Retention
Account and transaction records are retained while the account is active and afterwards for periods reasonably necessary for payouts, tax, disputes, fraud prevention, legal obligations and audit integrity. Security evidence may be stored as one-way hashes.
Data that is no longer required is deleted, anonymised or isolated according to the retention schedule, subject to backups and lawful holds.
8. Security
We use access controls, encryption for sensitive payout data, hashed credentials/tokens, logging, rate limits and review procedures. No system is completely secure; please use a unique password, protect verification links and report suspected compromise promptly.
9. Automated signals
Automated rules may flag unusual watch sessions, referrals, networks, devices or transactions. These signals may temporarily limit activity or trigger review. They are not treated as definitive proof, and material enforcement decisions may be reviewed by authorised staff.
10. Your choices and rights
- Access a summary of personal data and processing information, where applicable.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete account information.
- Request erasure of data no longer required, subject to legal, fraud, transaction and dispute retention.
- Withdraw consent for future optional processing.
- Change email/marketing and cookie preferences.
- Raise a grievance and, where applicable, nominate another person to exercise rights in the event of death or incapacity.
11. Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly permit child accounts. If you believe a child has provided data, contact the Privacy Contact so the matter can be reviewed.
12. Policy changes
Material changes will be shown with a new version and effective date. We may request renewed acceptance where a change materially affects your rights or how data is used.
