Additional conditions for submitting, funding and managing discovery campaigns.

1. Relationship to main Terms

These terms supplement the Terms of Use. If there is a conflict about a campaign, these Creator & Advertiser Terms control for that campaign, while mandatory law continues to apply.

2. Discovery—not metric manipulation

You are not purchasing YouTube views, watch time, subscribers, likes, comments, ad clicks or guaranteed external engagement.

Campaigns place eligible content in an internal discovery experience. Third-party platforms independently decide whether any external activity is valid or counted. You must not use the service where incentivised exposure is prohibited for your content, monetisation arrangement or destination.

2A. Creator Mode and channel sync

A creator may pay the one-time Creator Mode activation fee shown at checkout (currently ₹400 for the India launch) to connect one verified YouTube channel. Supported public uploads from that channel may then be synchronized into the VIEW EARN discovery directory without a separate per-video publishing fee.

The activation fee funds platform operations and an internal community reward reserve. VIEW EARN rewards apply only to eligible VIEW EARN-native discovery activity. Opening or watching YouTube, subscribing, liking, commenting, sharing, ad interaction, watch time or any other YouTube metric is voluntary, unpaid and never guaranteed.

3. Rights and approvals

  • You own or have written permission to use every submitted video, image, trademark, claim, link and personal likeness.
  • Your content and landing destination comply with law and applicable third-party rules.
  • You have obtained required advertising, sponsorship, health, financial or political disclosures.
  • You will promptly remove or correct content if rights, claims or circumstances change.

4. Campaign budget and delivery

The estimated cost includes the member reward pool and applicable platform/service fees. Funds may be reserved before review. Delivery begins only after approval and availability.

Counts shown by our system represent verified internal events under the campaign rules; they are not a certification of any third-party metric or monetisation eligibility.

5. Review and suspension

We may reject, schedule, pause, limit or terminate campaigns for safety, rights, quality, fraud, legal, payment or third-party-policy risk. Urgent removal may occur without prior notice.

6. Refunds and disputes

Unused budget is handled under the Refund Policy. Verified completed activity and incurred processing costs are generally not refundable except where law requires otherwise. Disputes must identify the campaign code and specific ledger entries.

7. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, losses and costs arising from your content, claims, rights, destination, targeting or instructions, except to the extent caused by our own breach or unlawful conduct.
